The Chief Executive Officer


As  Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, Friend and Small Business Owner, I love to serve. I can relate and understand the stressors of work life balance and I advocate for small business owners to understand their financial bottom line.

Monica Madden was born and raised in San Diego CA, gaining her accounting education from National University. Her love for Accounting started from an internship at Petco Park home of the San Diego Padres Baseball team, working as a night auditor. As a small business owner herself, she is proud to be able to focus on optimizing savings for clients instead of just processing countless data without explaining the bottom line. Monica loves helping real life people save dollars and watching their businesses grow, which becoming financially knowledgeable.

Monica has a background in Bookkeeping for small businesses and experience working in a variety of industries. In addition to taxes and Accounting, she can help with  services like budgets, product analysis, financial trends, and cashflow planning. She specializes in Quickbooks Software and training business owners how to use their software or answer questions.

    We operate totally remote which allows us to serve you more effeciently and serve more clients via phone call or zoom meetings.
